  I’m very pleased with the service performed on my bike by Capitol H-D. The workscope on my FLHRCI amounted to upgrading my rear shocks, and changing out my handlebars to a style I preferred over the stock OEM factory Bars.
  Before the work was performed, Andy did a magnificent job of explaining the options available, and clearly detailed the different costs. He set me up in a rewards program that showed me this dealership wants to stretch out my bucks, and save me some money.
  My decision to trust Capitol Harley-Davidson was largely influenced by the time they took to make sure everything on my ‘to do’ list was clearly doable, and that cost effective customer service was a high priority .
  I’m very pleased with everything Capitol did for my bike, and for the quality of the upgrades. A big thanks to Service Manager- Dane, for keeping me informed regularly on the progress of the work being performed, Tyler, the Service Mechanic who performed the work, Duck - who delivered , and took extra time to detail my bike after the upgrades, and any others who assisted with the work. I was also impressed with the parts department. Notably, Brian who definitely does a great job making sure you get the correct part you need. Overall, my experience at Capitol HD was excellent.
